Return Policy

At MemesToLife, we want you to love your purchases as much as we love creating them. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return process.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer support team at support@memestolife.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship It Back: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  3. Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, style, or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges (subject to stock availability). Follow the same process as outlined for returns, and mention your exchange preference when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items marked as “final sale” on the product page
